Roof Cleaning & Coating

Next time you are in your garden take a good hard look at your roof tiles, if it looks a bit off colour chances are that moss, algae and lichens have been hard at work, not only discolouring the times but wearing them away. However if you watch our short video below this can be remedied. Roof tile renovation need not be as expensive as you may think.

We start by using a high pressure water system to remove all lichens, algae, moss, dirt and grime from the roof tiles, this lets us see the damaged to your existing roof tiles and pointing etc, we will then replace any broken or craked tiles and tidy up the pointing to hips and valleys.

Once we have completed the cleaning and re-pointing we apply an anti-fungal wash which will ensure no more moss & lichens etc.

Finally we apply 2 coats of Iso paint (the industries leading roofcoat paint), this is an acrylic paint that not only allows the roof to breathe but keeps it 100% waterproof.
